Accepted payment methods

By bank card: Cartes Bancaires, Visa, Mastercard, American Express.

Other payment methods: Apple Pay, PayPal, Klarna and Shop Pay.

The payment methods available to you are shown at checkout, before you confirm your order.

Secure payment

All payments are processed through an encrypted, secure checkout (SSL). Your card details are handled by our payment provider and are never visible to or stored by Highcrest Lighting.

Currency

All prices are in pounds sterling (GBP £) and include applicable taxes. Delivery to the United Kingdom is free.

When your card is charged

Your payment is taken when you place your order. Your order is processed once the payment has been authorised.

Orders that cannot be processed

Your order will not be processed if:

• the payment is declined by your bank or payment provider;
• the billing information is incomplete or incorrect;
• we have reasonable grounds to suspect fraud.

In these cases we will contact you by email, and any amount already charged will be refunded to your original payment method.
